Our friend at Swift Logistics was launching a fleet of new trucks so we helped them conceptualize and create a beautiful introductory video to highlight their new expanded operations. Using an off-the-shelf 3D model to get started quickly, we made extensive changes to the model and completely redone the material and shading. We then explored different design concepts with the client until we arrived at a video idea that both showcases the truck as well a the size of the fleet as a whole.

Mercedes-AMG F1 W12 E Performance

Once again using AMD Radeon™ ProRender® 3.1 for Blender, we delivered over 60 hyperreal images for AMD and the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team. We were responsible for conceptualization, material and shading development, lighting, environment, and final look development.
ProRender has matured a lot since the last year and that is evident in the huge amount of variety of lighting scenarios we were able to explore in a short period of time.

Mike is the visual effects supervisor for this animated short film featuring two robots who go on an unexpected adventure. Mike also contributed to the look-dev, surfacing, and rendering of this Blender-made film.

Google Expeditions

Working at Vida Systems, Mike had the amazing opportunity to work with Google on their Expeditions project. Google Expeditions is a VR learning experience designed for classrooms. With just a smartphone and a Cardboard viewer, students can journey to far-away places and feel completely immersed in the environment. Mike is the art director at Vida Systems for this project.

Peloton Aerodynamics

TotalSim asked us to create a video to show the detailed aerodynamics of bikes traveling in a tight formation. All lighting, surfacing and environment modelling is done in Blender. Fluid Simulation is done at the Ohio Supercomputer Center.
